Job Summary As a representative for the Operations team, you will assist and support the team in all aspects of day to day operations.

Job Description

Essential Functions
  • Works as liaison with ACO (Access Control Office) for the SAN airport
  • Helps employees schedule their badge renewal and process fingerprinting for new hires
  • Follow up with internal customer
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
  • Prepares weekly reports for site manager's approval
  • Keeps track and submits quarterly reports required by the Airport Authority
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
  • Allocates hours in WD for on-boardings and 3rd shift employees renewing badges
  • Keeps inventory of all uniforms & safety shoes
  • Order Safety Shoes monthly
  • Orders Uniforms for specific sites monthly
  • Assists with monthly ops meetings - attend upon notice
  • Assists the HR Business Partner with on-boardings

    • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
    Education and Work Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

    • Fast paced office environment
    • High sense of urgency
    • Small office environment
    • The noise level in the work environment is unusually loud.
    • Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.
    • Heavy protection may be required and will be provided.
    • Occasionally exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.
