Description
In this role, you will assist the Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of the day‑to‑day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, functional and well maintained. You will need to be proactive and manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide support to all aspects of facilities management.
Responsibilities- Assist in conducting regular inspections of the facilities to identify and schedule maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Perform minor building maintenance that does not require a specialized technician; e.g., changing light bulbs, basic carpentry, electrical, painting, and coordinating maintenance of company vehicles, oil, tires, etc.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, working with vendors to ensure timely and cost‑effective solutions
- Assist IT in managing office space logistics, including setting up work spaces, desks, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support, meeting setup, and respond to facility‑related inquiries
- Participate as Safety Committee Member to assist with OSHA compliance
- Assist with licensed waste disposal and monitor waste handling
- Help with company training programs for employees in areas such as safety compliance training, hazardous material handling, emergency response, industrial hygiene, and life safety
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma and minimum 3 years of directly related facilities and safety coordination experience
- Familiar with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Non‑Exempt Pay DetailsThe base hourly pay range for this role is $22 to $28. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including relevant depth of experience, skillset, knowledge, education, certifications, business needs, and market demand.
