Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this role ensures the CEO has effective support in business and personal task management. Brazilian Portuguese language proficiency is essential. The Assistant will also support the CEO’s Chief of Staff, manage a significant portion of the CEO’s complex global travel schedule, and exercise judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Manage complex global travel schedule, coordinating high volume of domestic and international travel and liaising with security, aviation, corporate travel, visa partners, event partners, communication/marketing leads, and regional assistants.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO, booking external engagements and handling last‑minute changes while acting as a liaison between the CEO office and on‑site personnel.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining contact lists, managing corporate and operating calendars, completing expense reports, and general administrative responsibilities.
- Assist the Chief of Staff with administrative tasks.
- Partner in establishing and executing Standard Operating Procedures to create a streamlined, proactive environment for leadership, business operating meetings, and customer business reviews.
- Serve as second point of contact for internal and external constituencies pertaining to the CEO, prioritizing and determining appropriate action with discretion.
- Execute special projects and duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

- High school diploma.
- 8+ years of related administrative experience supporting high‑level executives in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (writing and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience with international travel.
- Ability to take direction with ease and make informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Capacity to complete a high volume of tasks with little or no guidance.
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick response or turnaround.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to adapt to change.

Pay range: $47.81 - $71.71. The above pay scale reflects the broad minimum to maximum range for this position. Salary is one component of total compensation, which includes an annual discretionary bonus program, potential RSU grants, and a competitive benefits package.
