Position OverviewProprioceptive Solutions is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient and guest. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting daily front desk operations while ensuring exceptional service and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Update and maintain patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations
- Generate reports and provide administrative support as requested by supervisors
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and emergency procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or performance setting is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
