Administrative Assistant I
- Confidential

The San Diego County Office of Education is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant I
- Confidential. Typically reporting to a Director, the Administrative Assistant I provides a wide variety of administrative and technical clerical duties for an assigned administrator; assigned tasks may include assisting with budget(s), preparing reports, and special projects. The current assignment is located in San Diego, CA as part of the Human Resources department in the Human Resources Services division within SDCOE.

Please note that while this current assignment is for the location listed, employees of SDCOE may be administratively reassigned to other locations based on organizational needs.

This position requires a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of administrative assistant or secretarial support experience. Course work in advanced secretarial, communications, business or a related field is desirable. This position is part of the SDCOE confidential support employee group and will receive all rights and benefits of SDCOE confidential employees, including a 5% confidential stipend.
