Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Are you an organised, proactive people person who enjoys creating great workplace experiences? We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our office and help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in facilities, workplace, or office coordination who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What you'll be doingAs our Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers while helping ensure our workplace operates smoothly every day.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing reception and visitor experiences
- Coordinating office services, vendors, and contractors
- Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Conducting workplace inspections and maintaining facilities records
- Assisting with health & safety compliance, risk assessments, fire safety, and first aid processes
- Managing office supplies, procurement, and purchase orders
- Supporting meetings, events, and office presentations
- Driving sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting activities
- Maintaining workplace communications through internal channels and intranet updates
You’ll be someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors alike.
Essential skills and experience- 1-2 years' experience in facilities, office coordination, workplace services, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- IOSH certification or health & safety awareness
- Interest in workplace wellbeing, sustainability, and environmental initiatives
- Experience supporting health & safety compliance activities
