We areseekinga detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage multiple calendars and ensure smooth scheduling operations across our Intake team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating complex calendars, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
What You'llDo- Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential new clients.
- Maintain and update supporting documents to ensureaccurateand current information.
- Collaborate closely with the receptionist and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts or disruptions to maintain efficiency and workflow.

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Language:
Spanish (Preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple calendars or high-volume scheduling.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to adapt to new systems or software.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Hourly pay: $22-$23 BOE
