Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Coordinator is the operational lead of Lars Remodeling & Design. This role is the first voice a prospective client hears and the operator behind every project handoff; managing phone and inbound response, scheduling for the entire Project Consultant team, contract and file processing, collateral and supplies, project setup across systems, and warranty intake through resolution. Success in this role shows up as: no lead sits unanswered, no consultation goes unconfirmed, no contract stalls in processing, and no warranty call goes untracked.

• 2–4 years in project coordination, production administration, scheduling, or operations support.
• Strong phone etiquette with demonstrated skill in call routing and accurate message capture.
• Proven scheduling discipline and follow-up rigor (texts, calls, confirmations).
• Detail-oriented documentation habits with accurate contract and records handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and comfort learning new systems quickly.
• Experience working in a CRM (Hub Spot or equivalent) with disciplined data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Professional, warm communicator who collaborates well across Operations, Marketing, Design, and Production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33.65-$40.87 per hour, based on experience.
