Proposal Position
This position is contingent upon contract award. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for consideration as Futron builds its proposal team supporting Naval Medical Center San Diego. This position is based in San Diego, California.
Position OverviewFutron is seeking an experienced Facility Management professional to provide facility operations and management support at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The position will support the effective operation, maintenance, coordination, and management of facility-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day facility management activities.
- Coordinate facility operations, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Assist with facility assessments, planning, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
- Monitor facility-related work orders, projects, and service activities.
- Support tracking of facility conditions, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
- Assist with space, infrastructure, and facility planning activities.
- Maintain facility records, reports, and documentation.
- Support compliance with applicable facility requirements, codes, and standards.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve facility operations and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
