Overview
The Office Lead coordinates daily administrative operations for UNIS, ensuring order processing, shipment documentation, and data entry are accurate and timely. This role provides day-to-day leadership, direction, training, and support to office staff, and serves as a key coordination point between office and warehouse teams so that priorities, order updates, and operational needs are clearly communicated. By maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and improving office processes, the Office Lead supports smooth logistics operations and contributes to higher service quality and overall operational efficiency across the supply chain network.
Responsibilities- Monitor order processing, shipment documentation, and data entry to ensure information is complete, accurate, and processed on time.
- Review operational reports, transaction records, and documentation to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between office and warehouse teams to ensure priorities, order updates, and operational needs are clearly communicated.
- Support team performance by answering questions, reinforcing procedures, and helping resolve administrative or workflow issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas that improve service quality, workflows, and first-contact resolution.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, warehouse office, or similar operational environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with order processing, reporting, data entry, or warehouse/business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, support a team, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Some college education.
- Previous lead, trainer, or team coordination experience.
