Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key partner in supporting executive leadership and organizational operations.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and committed to the mission of the organization. This individual will play a critical role in helping the CEO and COO stay focused on strategic priorities and day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
+ Take meeting notes and track follow-up items and action steps
+ Coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and executive-level events as needed
+ Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
+ Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
+ Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
+ Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration
+ Assist with office operations and help streamline administrative processes
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting C-suite leaders
+ Nonprofit experience strongly preferred
+ Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
+ Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced environment
