6-Month Contract Opportunity with Potential for Long-Term Employment
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- Start time between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM
- Full-time hours with a 1-hour lunch break
- Coordinate and schedule daily service appointments and technician routes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, field technicians, and internal teams
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails while maintaining exceptional service levels
- Support operational processes and workflow coordination
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data validation and system updates
- Help ensure timely service delivery and effective communication across teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and software platforms
