About the RoleWe are looking for an outgoing, positive, and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people and has a happy, upbeat attitude. This is a high-volume communication role that requires someone who is comfortable answering a large number of calls and conducting frequent patient outreach throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Conduct frequent outbound calls and patient outreach for follow-ups and outstanding needs.
- Handle patient follow-ups and ensure paperwork is complete and hair/specimen samples are mailed in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately and professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the internal team to maintain smooth workflows and efficient task completion.
- Outgoing, friendly, and naturally positive with a happy, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable talking to patients throughout the day and making frequent outbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and administrative platforms.
- Self-starter with strong follow-up skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
