The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and field teams
Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and tracking deadlines
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and files
Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and billing documentation
Track RFIs, submittals, permits, and other project requirements
Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, and project-related activities
Maintain project logs and update spreadsheets and internal systems
Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward
Assist with gathering information and preparing project reports
Support project closeout documentation and final deliverables
Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules as needed
Provide general administrative support to the construction and operations teams
