Our client, an energy and utilities services provider, is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to support daily customer service and operational activities in a fast-paced service environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal field teams, handling scheduling, customer inquiries, administrative support, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Hybrid, after training Equipment (laptop and monitor) will be provided by the supplier One interview round with the Hiring Manager and Supervisor
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions regarding service requests and job status updates
- Schedule jobs and maintain field service calendars
- Coordinate with field crews to address scheduling and operational questions
- Process customer refunds and service-related requests
- Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Schedule meetings and support departmental coordination activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of administrative support experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience handling high-volume phone and email communications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Previous experience in a service coordination, customer support, or scheduling role
- Experience supporting field operations or service teams
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or work management platforms
- Experience processing customer refunds and resolving customer concerns
- Customer-first mindset

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $33.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
