Payroll Supervisor

About this position

See Scan is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee our payroll operations and provide leadership to our payroll team.

This is a fully onsite position located in Kearny Mesa.

Compensation

The salary range for our Payroll Supervisor position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually.

This range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.

In this position, you will

• Supervise the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Review and approve payroll transactions, reconciliations, and reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries
• Collaborate with Human Resources on benefits and employee data management
• Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements in payroll administration
• Assist with payroll and HR special projects as needed

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of payroll experience, supervisory experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (multi-state experience a plus)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
