We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Business Analyst to support our enterprise‑wide Sales transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Technology, this role will serve as a key liaison between Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Regional Sales Leadership across all global markets. The analyst will partner closely with our Global CRM and Sales Enablement Product Managers to ensure successful business alignment, documentation, and delivery of major initiatives—including a multi‑region CRM consolidation project.
Responsibilities- Lead business process discovery, mapping, and documentation across global Sales organizations in support of our CRM consolidation initiative.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with global stakeholders to uncover and align business requirements.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Rev Tech product management teams (CRM & Enablement) to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Partner with internal and external project teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and are delivered successfully.
- Maintain clear documentation of current state and future state processes, especially as they relate to Salesforce functionality and Sales Enablement platforms.
- Support Run‑The‑Business (RTB) initiatives on a smaller scale, ensuring operational continuity during the transformation period.
- Contribute to business testing activities, UAT coordination, and validation of key use cases during rollout phases.
- Work with Dev Ops and project delivery teams to ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing (e.g., in Jira).
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles with a primary focus on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience leading business process documentation efforts—including process mapping, flowcharts, and system touchpoints.
- Familiarity with global sales operations, enterprise sales methodologies, and sales process standardization.
- Experience in large‑scale CRM transformation or consolidation programs is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with VP- and Director-level stakeholders and facilitate productive workshops.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce is required;
Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, etc.) are a plus. - Experience with Seismic and Gong is preferred but not required.
- High proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Expertise using Jira, Confluence, and other Dev Ops tools for managing requirements, sprints, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in summarizing findings and synthesizing across teams.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed, cross‑functional environment.
