The firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its litigation consulting team. This role is well suited to an experienced consultant with strong analytical capability and a desire to continue developing within the economic consulting field.

A significant proportion of the work involves litigation consulting, supporting attorneys and clients in legal disputes through expert analysis, written reports, and trial preparation. Senior Analysts play a central role in executing complex economic analysis, contributing to expert reports, and supporting experts throughout the litigation lifecycle. This position involves close collaboration with experts, project managers, and consulting teams across locations.

• Perform research on companies, industries, products, and market trends
• Review and evaluate industry reports, company financial statements, and economic and financial models
• Conduct rigorous economic, financial, and statistical analysis on complex datasets
• Develop and review economic and valuation models, including discounted cash flow, net present value, product sales analysis, and related methodologies
• Draft and contribute to expert reports, exhibits, and supporting materials for litigation
• Review case evidence, including business documents and witness testimony
• Work closely with consultants, project managers, and experts to deliver analysis efficiently and accurately
• Begin communicating directly with clients on defined aspects of projects
• Provide guidance and support to Analysts as they develop their skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience as a consultant or analyst in economic litigation consulting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong academic background
• Advanced experience performing economic and financial analysis, calculations, and research
• Advanced experience with statistical data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for report drafting
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the economic rationale behind analysis
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across locations using technology to support efficient working
• Must have the right to work in the US without sponsorship or need for future sponsorship
