As part of the Expert Supply Strategy team, you'll support the client's Big Bet 2 strategy of Connecting People to Experts. Our team develops innovative partnerships and programs to source professional experts for our Live services. You'll be part of a small nimble team and will support the team with program/project management, business operations, operational improvements, communications and event/visit planning while one of the team members is on a leave of absence.
KeyDuties
- Program Management:
Lead and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results - Business Operations:
Develop and manage operating mechanics, analyze and improve operating processes - Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders - Create and share executive level updates in slide, written and verbal formats
- Event preparation:
Support the team in researching, planning and executing events such as partner visits and program launches - Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful program implementation - Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and address challenges, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
