Initial 6-month contract

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager III to support strategic initiatives within a fast-moving Expert Supply Strategy team. This role will focus on driving operational programs, improving business processes, and supporting key initiatives that connect customers with professional experts.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong program ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to bring structure to complex, evolving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute complex programs from planning through delivery
  • Build and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting
  • Improve operational processes and implement scalable workflows
  • Communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Create executive-level presentations, reports, and status updates

    Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive alignment
  • Support program launches, partner initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive resolution proactively
  • Coordinate operational activities and ensure program execution stays on track
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building structure and processes for programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting business operations or strategic initiatives
  • Experience working in fast-paced or technology-driven environments

    Experience supporting operational programs or partner initiatives
  • Experience creating executive-level reporting and presentations
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple teams
