Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst – Level 2, to join our team in San Diego CA
.

• Plan and manage proposal efforts.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
• Work closely with Program Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
• Research and critically analyze large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
• Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
• Summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact‑finding meetings.
• Develop negotiation strategies and participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional proposal, pricing and/or financial experience – OR – Master’s degree with 1+ years of professional proposal, pricing and/or financial experience.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with and managing proposals.
• Experience conducting cost analysis and risk modeling.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, SCI access prior to start.

• Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Certified Estimating Professional (CEP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS), Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Experience with probability modeling (@Risk or Crystal Ball).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other Government Regulations.
• Proficiency in Pro Pricer or similar Pricing Tools.
• Experience working with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and analyzing BOE quality.
• Experience with advanced Excel functionalities.
• Experience with parametric modeling.
• Experience with financial transactions in…
