This role serves as an enterprise‑level National Account Executive responsible for owning, expanding, and creating strategic national restaurant partnerships for Tri Mark.
The Senior Director will lead assigned national brands while actively pursuing additional multi‑unit restaurant groups across the region. As relationships scale, the Senior Director, National Account Executives will determine the appropriate long‑term ownership model — retaining executive ownership or transitioning accounts to the most relevant responsible party while continuing to expand the broader enterprise pipeline. This is not regional selling, this is enterprise partnership leadership, building relationships, expanding the enterprise footprint creating durable revenue.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities
National Business Development (Hunter Mentality)
- Identify and secure new multi‑unit restaurant relationships
- Penetrate regional groups and scale them into national programs
- Convert fragmented purchasing into enterprise agreements
- Build a sustained pipeline of national opportunities
Executive Relationship Management
- Build senior relationships with ownership and executive leadership
- Serve as escalation point for enterprise initiatives
- Position Tri Mark as a long‑term operational partner
- Remodel and refresh cycles
- Equipment standards programs
- Design, project delivery, and installation models
Commercial Strategy & Deal Architecture
- Structure scalable programs across:
- Pricing and rebate strategies
- Equipment specifications
- Distribution and installation models
- Service and lifecycle support
- 5+ years in National / enterprise account leadership
- Complex B2B solution selling
- Proven ability to originate and grow large accounts (>$25M+ opportunity scope)
- Experience working with multi‑location restaurant operators
- Demonstrated success scaling programs across multiple regions
- Based in Southern California
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
- Existing relationships with restaurant development or ownership groups
- Food service equipment, design‑build, facilities, or supply chain background
- Experience building enterprise programs from scratch (not just managing them)
