Purchasing Buyer

• Manage indirect procurement activities and vendor relationships
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Partner with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate vendor and purchasing data within company systems
• Monitor order status and resolve invoice or supplier discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing function

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Preferred:
  Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect procurement and/or vendor management
• Experience using Ariba
  ; exposure to SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
