This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, for a Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support client success. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in real estate investment lending.
Qualifications- Strong business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in negotiation, deal structuring, and closing sales
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to strategic goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of real estate investment and lending practices is highly desirable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
