About the RoleWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic procurement and supplier sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and implement category strategies. This role also includes managing cross‑functional teams, ensuring project performance, and delivering value‑aligned results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead supplier sourcing, RFP evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute procurement and category strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum events and promote project objectives.
- Experience in procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing.
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
