Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst – Level 2, to join our team in San Diego CA.

The Pricing Analyst – Level 2 plays a key role in the organic and future growth of the business by managing proposal efforts from receipt of request for proposal (RFP) through contract award. This individual is a key member of sole source, competitive sector and/or corporate priority win teams and will act as a key developer of winning bids.

• Plan and manage proposal efforts.
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
• Work closely with Program Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
• Research and critically analyze large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
• Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
• Summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact‑finding meetings.
• Develop negotiation strategies and participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
• Other duties as assigned.
