• Provide one-on-one support and coaching to clients in various life skills areas.
• Develop personalized action plans to help clients achieve their goals.
• Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate group workshops and activities to promote skill development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Encourage and motivate clients through positive reinforcement and feedback.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in coaching and personal development.

• Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in coaching or relevant field preferred.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs and situations.
• Background check clearance required.
