Overview:

You’re a technical Finance Systems Administrator with experience in Net Suite and a strong interest in building scalable, automated financial processes. You’re comfortable diving into complex scripts and workflows, working closely with Finance and Accounting teams to turn business requirements into efficient, maintainable technical solutions. You combine a strong understanding of financial processes with hands-on development skills to bridge the gap between functional needs and technical execution.

Who you are:

Net Suite Development

• Hands‑on experience in Net Suite administration and development, including Suite Script. Skilled in building and maintaining automations and workflows.

• Experience with Net Suite basic setups and configurations including custom records, fields, forms, PDF/HTML templates, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of the Net Suite object model and data structures to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating financial data; experience optimizing saved searches and analytics datasets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience working in Net Suite with both administration and development responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of two or more finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, and FP&A.

• Net Suite Administrator or Suite Cloud Developer Certification preferred.

• Build and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third‑party systems to ensure clean and efficient financial data flows.
• Basic understanding of automation tools like Workato.
• Experience with complementary systems such as ZIP and Avalara Ava Tax is a plus.

• Own technical development and administration within Net Suite, managing scripts, workflows, and configurations that support core finance operations.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business Analysts to design scalable, system‑driven solutions that meet process needs.

• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.

• Maintain technical design documentation, test plans, and process maps, ensuring compliance with internal change management and SOX controls.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing initiatives and provide technical guidance or code reviews to promote best practices.
