Clera is seeking a hands-on Community Operations Lead to build and own our community presence from the ground up. You will drive engagement across platforms (Discord, X, and others), shape culture, and convert passionate users into product evangelists.
In this zero-to-one role, you’ll work with senior leadership to define scope in an ambiguous environment, own moderation and events, collaborate with product/research/ GTM teams, and become a trusted, visible figure within the community on-site
