RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, economics, sciences, or related field; 15–18 years of experience, including 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, with 3+ years advising C-suite executives, and 3+ years leading cross-functional strategies.
Skillsadvanced analytical, financial, problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities; experience applying AI tools in strategy work; strong influence and leadership without direct authority.
High-Valueglobal, science- and technology-driven environment; enterprise growth and capability decisions; experience in genomics, healthcare, or tech sectors preferred.
Work Setuphybrid San Diego; 20% travel; flexible to support global executive cycles.
