- Maintain high-risk projects list by region and conduct monthly reviews with leadership.
- Perform forensic review and recovery on delay projects.
- Organize deep dives with teams and leadership, and follow up on actions.
- Coordinate with marketing and preconstruction teams to ensure schedule requests are timely.
- Advise estimating team on budgets supporting scheduling upon project award.
- Review contracts and scheduling specifications, and advise on budgets.
- Establish schedule management processes and review baseline schedules for detail and health.
- Perform regular schedule checks, review for delays, and communicate concerns.
- Review short-term and mid-term lookaheads, and facilitate owner schedule review meetings.
- Mentor support staff and develop regional training plans.
- Research latest trends in construction scheduling and support multiple projects and sites.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial construction scheduling.
- Proven success in strategic initiatives implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
- High initiative, responsibility, and integrity.
The physical demands include sitting, communicating, reaching, and manipulating objects. Mobility is required, with materials weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity is needed for operating equipment. The work environment is an office and job site setting, emphasizing collaboration and team-building, not remote work.
