Join Nautilus General Contractors, Inc. to manage construction projects from start to finish, overseeing finances, scheduling, client coordination, and contractor relationships.

Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $/yr.

• Plan and supervise projects from initiation to close-out.
• Assist in estimating and bidding construction projects as needed.
• Participate in the sales and interview process with other team members.
• Prepare line-item project budgets and maintain budgets throughout projects.
• Monitor project costs and meet regularly with the Controller to update profitability reports.
• Experience and maintain client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Direct project site superintendents to keep work on schedule and code compliant.

Draft and execute contracts with owners and subcontractors, safeguarding company interests.
• Obtain permits and approvals, and coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers.
• Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings with owners or their representatives.
• Maintain a comprehensive file system on the computer server, ensuring all documents are saved.

• Indoor office environment with frequent meetings and phone calls.
• Full-time Monday through Friday with possible evening and weekend work.
• Regular travel by car to local project sites.
