Our work includes fire stations, civic buildings, libraries, community centers, public safety facilities, and other projects that make a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Position Overview As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to help deliver public works and commercial construction projects from pre construction through closeout.

Responsibilities Assist with overall project management from buyout through closeout Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, owners, and design teams Support budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost tracking Participate in project meetings and maintain project documentation Assist with contract administration and project reporting Visit jobsites regularly to support field operations Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Requirements 2+ years of commercial construction experience Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager Public works experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Experience with Pro Core, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with a desire to continue learning and growing professionally Benefits Family-owned company with a collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to work directly with experienced leadership Diverse portfolio of meaningful public works projects Exposure to Design-Build, CMAR, and traditional delivery methods Long-term career advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow Opportunity to make a meaningful impact rather than simply fill a role
