We’re partnered with a nation-wide, privately held restoration company that focuses heavily on large-loss commercial and multifamily reconstruction. This is not a hand-holding environment. You’ll be trusted to step in, take control, and execute.

This role is built for someone who understands reconstruction at a high level.

• Leading large-loss reconstruction projects in the field from start to finish
• Building and managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Owning job profitability, change orders, and execution
• Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction across complex jobs

• Heavy focus on reconstruction (not just mitigation oversight)
• High-level, complex projects—not small, transactional work
• Real autonomy with strong operational backing
• Leadership that values execution and long-term relationships

• Strong reconstruction background in commercial / multifamily large loss
• Ability to buy out jobs, build budgets, and manage full project lifecycle
• Experience running projects in the field—not just behind a desk
• Willingness to travel nationally (this is a road warrior role)
