  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and ensure accurate and timely responses to RFIs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and project records, including as‑builts, close‑out materials, warranties, and photographic updates.
  • Conduct site inspections, punchlist walkthroughs, warranty reviews, and verify conformance with contract documents.
  • Partner with property management, leasing, and tenant stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating when necessary to maintain schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and tenants.

Demonstrated problem‑solving ability with experience navigating construction challenges and resolving conflicts. Strong understanding of construction terminology, methods, and processes, including inspection, budgeting, cost tracking, and close‑out processes. Ability to travel up to 50%, including multi‑day trips across multiple cities. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
