• Knows Division 27/28 cold
• Likes replacing big-company BS with actual execution
• Can take a takeoff, price a job, negotiate subs/suppliers

• Estimate access control, CCTV, intrusion & structured cabling projects
• Walk sites, define scope, value-engineer, and own proposals
• Forecast labor, manage cost, and keep projects on track
• Be the point person for clients
• Help us build the standard, not just follow it

• 3–10+ years in low voltage estimating + project management
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of:
  PoE networks, card access hardware, camera platforms, door hardware, cabling pathways
• Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office, estimating tools
• The mindset of: “Responsibility taken, not assigned.”
