Yugo is seeking a Building Safety & Fire Manager on a 6-month fixed-term secondment, home-based with travel to client sites. You will help the client meet Building Safety Act 2022 obligations and support PAPs, APs, Residence Managers and consultants.
You will coordinate documentation, maintain Golden Thread, manage Building Safety Management System, and deliver reporting and compliance dashboards. This advisory and operational role does not assume statutory duties.
