- Conductsiteinspectionsandwalkthroughswithcustomersandteammembers
- Reviewjobdocumentation,photos,andreportstodevelopaccurateestimates
- Preparecompleteandorganizedscopesofworkusing Xactimate
- Collaboratewiththesalesandprojectmanagementteamstohelpwinreconstructionprojects
- Educateclientsonthereconstructionprocess,timelines,and expectations
- Helpclientsunderstandtheiroptionsforupgradesorchangesbeyondthebasescope
- Communicateclearlyandprofessionallywithinsuranceadjustersandthird-partyadministrators
- Analyzematerial,labor,permitting,andequipmentrequirementsforeachjob
- Deliverwell-documentedestimatestotheteaminatimelymanner
- Identifyandcommunicateprojectchallengesearlytominimizedelays
- Maintainstrongcustomerrelationshipstoensuresatisfactionandrepeat/referralbusiness
- Supportinternalhandoffsbyworkingcloselywiththeproductionteamafterthesaleismade
- Bachelor’sdegreein

- Familiarity with Docusketchandotherdocumentationtoolspreferred
- Highlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetailandtimemanagement
- Musthavevalid Driver’sLicensetotraveltojobsites
