Overview

You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion.

Some of our best performers earn opportunities to work on bigger projects for more pay … so this can be a start of something big!

Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas:

• General Construction site labor and unit cleanup
• Landfill Clean Up
• Detailed interior cleaning
• Painting
• Drywall patching and texture
• Traffic control/Flagging

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Supporting skilled tradesmen and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
• Following all health and safety regulations.

• Related Experience is required
• Willingness to follow direction, maintain a quick pace and meet deadlines
• Reliability and dependability is a must.
• Attention to detail
• Clean Driving Record
• Able to work in multiple sites*
