The Lennar Jr Construction Field Assistant is an entry level role within our Construction team in San Diego, focused on model maintenance, field communications, and safety. This position is temporary with a path to promotion based on performance.
You will assist the Construction Manager, coordinate trade partners, document home progress, and support day-to-day operations while maintaining an orderly, safe site. Good communication and MS Office skills are required.
