We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Sr. Project Manager for Multi-Family Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires an individual with a strong background in multi-family construction, including student housing, modular, ground up, mid-rise, podium, and podium mixed use projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initial planning to project closeout.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Direct and supervise the work of project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing student housing, modular, ground up, mid-rise, podium, and podium mixed use projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
