Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment. Preparing and cleaning construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Assisting in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding. Utilizing proper traffic management and flagging techniques when required. Supporting tradesmen and gaining valuable skills in the process.

Ability to stand for long periods of time Performing well under pressure Able to follow instructions directed by supervisors Strong work ethic and reliability Previous experience in construction is preferred. Eagerness to learn and undergo training as needed. Must be reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic. Ability to respond quickly to communication since project needs can change rapidly.
