Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-family residential construction projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage multiple multi-family residential construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, quality, and budget issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years managing multi-family residential construction projects.
  • Experience with projects ranging from 50 to 500+ residential units.
  • Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and/or concrete multi-family construction.
  • Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and contract administration.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
