Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in hospital construction and renovation, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Support Department supporting healthcare facility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: $75 to $85

What's the Job?

• Manage healthcare facility construction, remodeling, and renovation projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and client policies
• Communicate project progress and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members

What's Needed?

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare construction project management
• Strong knowledge of MEP, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in healthcare settings
• Experience with healthcare regulations such as OSHPD, JCAHO, and ADA
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering large projects on time and within budget
• Ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
