Who You Are:- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Estimating experience for flooring and tile
- Live in San Diego and willing to work onsite 5 days/week (Scripps Ranch)
- Manage 5-10 projects at a time, mostly focusing on tile and flooring
- Projects range from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, conducting onsite inspections, and managing operations
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
