Project Engineer, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day execution of complex commercial projects
• Interpret and coordinate plans, specifications, and applicable building codes
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel to resolve issues and maintain project progress
• Assist with project scheduling, including CPM updates, pull plans, and production planning
• Support cost management, forecasting, change orders, and subcontract administration
• Maintain project logs, controls, meeting minutes, and monthly reporting
• Manage project documentation and drawings through Procore
• Assist with site logistics and coordination to support efficient field operations
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-builts, owner training, and turnover documentation

Education / Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
• Experience with HCAI, Medical Office, Life Sciences, or Higher Education projects preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and trade partners
