Futon is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to support construction activities and coordination at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The position will serve as a coordination point among Government personnel, contractors, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and project requirements.
- Assist with coordination between Government personnel, contractors, designers, and project teams.
- Monitor construction progress and project schedules.
- Review construction documentation, submittals, and related project information.
- Assist with identifying and resolving construction issues.
- Participate in construction meetings and site coordination activities.
- Track project action items, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist with quality, safety, schedule, and project documentation requirements.
- Prepare project status updates and reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering,
OR - Eight (8) years of direct construction/engineering experience.
