The Project Manager (PM) isresponsibleforthesuccessfulplanning,execution,andcloseoutofassignedconstructionprojectsfrompreconstructionthroughfinalcompletion.

Thisroleservesastheprimarypointofaccountabilityforprojectscope,schedule,budget,quality,andsafety,coordinatingcloselywithclients,architects,subcontractors,andinternalfieldteamstodeliverprojectsontimeandwithinbudget.

Theidealcandidatecombinesstrongtechnicalconstructionknowledgewithexcellentcommunicationandorganizationalskillstomanagemultipleprioritiesacrossthefullprojectlifecycle.

• • Project Leadership:Overseeallphasesofconstructionprojects,includingpreconstructionplanning,estimating,execution,and closeout.
    
    Ensureprojectsarecompletedontime,within budget,andtothehigheststandardsofquality.
  • Preconstruction&Estimating:Managepreconstructionactivities,including budgeting,cost estimation,scheduling,andresourceallocation.
    
    Collaboratewithclients,architects,andsubcontractorstodefineprojectscopeanddeliveraccurateestimates.
  • Self-Performing Capabilities:Utilizeourin-houseteamsforpainting,tile,andflooringtoenhanceprojectqualityandefficiency.
    
    Coordinatewiththeseteamstoensureseamlessintegrationandexceptionalcraftsmanship.
  • Communication:Serveastheprimaryliaisonbetweenthecompany,clients,and stakeholders.
    
    Facilitatetransparentandeffectivecommunicationtokeepallpartiesinformedandalignedthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
  • Team Management:Leadandinspireprojectteams,includingsubcontractorsandinternalstaff.

• • Experience:Minimumof3-5yearsofprojectmanagementexperienceingeneralcontracting,withafocusonpreconstructionandestimating.
  • Education:Bachelor’sdegreein
    
    Construction
    
    Management,Civil Engineering,Architecture,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strongleadershipandteammanagementabilities.
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
  • Proventrackrecordofsuccessfulprojectdeliveryandclientsatisfaction.
  • Advancedknowledgeofconstructionprocesses,estimating techniques,andprojectmanagementsoftware.
  • Experienceworkingwithself-performing trades,particularlyinpainting,tile,and flooring.
