100% is a globally recognized performance brand rooted in motocross and action sports. We design and build googles, premium eyewear, apparel, and accessories for athletes and riders who demand performance, authenticity, and strong visual identity. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house art department and help elevate our brand across all touchpoints.
The RoleAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the visual language of the 100% brand. You’ll work closely with the Senior Art Director, Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design across marketing, product, digital, and brand initiatives. This role is hands-on and concept-driven, ideal for someone with strong fundamentals, great taste, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, impactful visuals.
Responsibilities- Design and execute visual assets across digital, print, social, retail, and event platforms
- Develop layouts, typography systems, and branding elements that align with 100%’s identity
- Support product launches, campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams from concept through execution
- Maintain consistency across brand touchpoints while pushing creative quality forward
- Prepare production-ready files and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and production knowledge
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to take direction, give feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept, craft, and consistency
- 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, Octane, Reshift, or similar)
- Experience in sports, action sports, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of product, apparel, or performance-driven design
