🌊 Role Overview
TEKsystems is sourcing for a Creative Operations Specialist for a global fashion client. The specialist will be coordinating, trafficking, and organizing creative work across Video, Retail, Brand, and E‑commerce Marketing. This role ensures the creative engine runs smoothly—requests are captured, timelines are clear, assets move efficiently, and cross‑functional partners stay aligned. It’s a blend of project coordination, workflow optimization, and creative team support, grounded in a high‑energy, coastal‑inspired culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and traffic incoming creative requests across multiple channels, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with the Creative Project Manager and Asset Specialist to maintain visibility into work streams and asset movement.
- Build and maintain project timelines, status updates, and communication touchpoints for internal stakeholders.
- Support the creative project management process, including intake, prioritization, routing, and approvals.
- Track progress across Video, Retail, Brand, and E‑commerce creative initiatives, escalating risks or blockers early.
- Maintain organization of creative assets and documentation to ensure teams can easily find and use what they need.
- Contribute to process improvements that streamline creative workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Uphold brand standards and help ensure creative output reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Support broader Creative Operations initiatives as the team scales.
- 2–4 years in creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with creative teams (design, video, copy, brand, or e‑commerce).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Airtable, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive, resourceful approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, collaborative environment aligned with an active, lifestyle‑driven brand.
- Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer brand environments.
- Understanding of creative production workflows (photo, video, digital, retail).
- Exposure to asset management systems or digital asset libraries.
- Comfort supporting multiple work streams with varying levels of complexity.
This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. It is a fully onsite role.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $40.00/hr.
